I will be having Dr. Athari do my 7th dental implant. I have had 6 implants done at various locations ... family dentist, oral surgeon, and local dental school over the past 7 years. I was impressed with the clean modern office, friendly professional staff, and the price. Dr. Athari and his assistant made me feel relaxed and comfortable. My teeth are never secure and have to reapply adhesive several times a day. Is this normal?? Think I'll find somewhere else for my lowers... get what you pay for. I was having severe pain in some of my lower teeth on that last visit, also. I asked for a Rx for antibiotics but Renee told me I did not need them. I now have an abscess and look like a squirrel. Only his assistant - she did his job great. But I didn't pay her. I paid him. He nonchalantly walked down the hall not even stopping to take a look at my jawline that's showing. I love my immediate dentures. But the money I paid. I think I should have a decent dentist that is interested in helping his patient with care. My Medicaid dentist treats me better and he doesn't get paid so much.

They hurt my mom and the whole thing was a rip off we went in to get dentures and shave my moms now and when the swelling went down the dentures didn't fit my mother spent over thousand dollars and Theywould not replace the dentures so it was a very bad experience they should be responsible for those dentures after 30 days they should replace the dentures I shouldn't even put them in their mouth they don't fit
My wife started her denture procedure at the Bethany Home office. On November 14th she had three implants installed. Had an appoint to get the stiches out in 3 weeks. Got a call the day before our appointment and they cancelled because they did not have doctor. Since starting in June we have been thru three doctors. There is currently no doctor at that office. When I called there corporate office they referred me to the Sun City Office. Sun City gave an appointment for Wednesday at 11 and called back within the hour to cancel and said they were not taking Bethany Home patients till after the 1st of the year. Adele at corporate worked hard to get us set up with the Mesa office. Said they would call within the hour and they did. Darb called (supper nice lady) and gave us an appoint for the very next day. When we got to the office all of the people were amazing. They made us feel very welcomed and we are excited about having them finish the procedure. I recommend Affordable Dentures. Save yourself the time and go right to the Mesa office.
If needed, patients can get a full set of upper or lower dentures, but many patients get partial removable dentures and keep as many of their natural teeth as possible. Making quality dentures is a blend of science and art. First, an accurate impression (mold) is made of the alveolar ridges on the top and bottom of your mouth. The base of the denture is made from this mold in a dental laboratory. Working together, the dentist and lab technician choose from among many different sizes and shapes of prosthetic teeth to re-create a natural-looking smile. When everyone is satisfied with the result, the temporary dentures are made in permanent form.
Processing a denture is usually performed using a lost-wax technique whereby the form of the final denture, including the acrylic denture teeth, is invested in stone. I'm 41 and have needed dentures because of illness for a few years now. I researched and looked at reviews for many different places, but I am so glad I picked Dr. Redditt and his staff to guide me through this emotional journey and process. First off I have been petrified of dentists since I was a little girl, due to a horrible incident, so I of course let the office aware of that and they were very accommodating. Secondly I suffer from a severe & chronic anxiety disorder, so these guys really had their work cut out with me to say the least. Step by step from making my first appointment on the phone, & then for my consultation I was treated very kindly. They explained things very thoroughly to me, and addressed every worry & question I had & there was of course a lot of those coming from me, lol. Day of surgery & I have 25 teeth extracted & a lower bone grafting done, with only novocain and I can tell you that it was made so comfortable & relaxing for me. With my girls guiding me with support through the door & all the way to the room & then Dr. Redditt's calming demeanor, it was the least painful & pleasantly surprising process I have ever experienced. Nothing like the scary things I was thinking in my head. He would joke with me & my husband throughout, and he always told me what his next step was, which I totally appreciated. We were humming along to the music & although I had a couple of stubborn teeth, I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort whatsoever, not even after! No bruising, barely any swelling, I mean nothing horrible or intolerable at all so I know he is a wonderful dentist. He was just awesome! I am now in the second phase and I have gotten to be buddies with pretty much the entire staff there. Them girls & Dr. Redditt spoil me rotten & take care of every complaint I have had. I also have had 2 emergencies, first one I broke my bottom denture & they had me come in & had a new one ready for me the next day! Second time I was camping & coming home for 2 days only to go back on vacation, & was the victim of theft which somebody had stolen my bag & yup got my top denture... needless to say Dr. Redditt & my girls had me come in & that same day I went home with a brand new replacement. I can't say enough good things about this place & all of the wonderful people who work here. I will say that this whole process is a long journey, sometimes good & sometimes bad of course, and without this dedicated group of women & such a caring Doctor like him, I would be lost and probably very depressed. They have literally made me smile again, and I have beautiful teeth now! They will go above and beyond to help you & give you what you want, and I am extremely grateful to have found them. If it was possible I would give them an absolute minus 10 Stars. First off I go in the office. The staff that greeted me was polite that I will give them. Had X-rays done. Was waiting to see what the doctor would say. When he came in he had no bedside manner. I was leaning back in a chair and shook his hand and he said he would try to save a couple of teeth whatever. Was talking for a little bit and then walked out of the room. I don't know if it was an assistant I assume was telling me options I had. Then the doctor Vick walked in and I thought he was joking at first. He asked me why I squeeze his hand so hard when I shook it. Mind you the hand I shook with has been broken and operated on before and still has issues.
I have only 4 teeth on the top of my mouth. This causes me to be pretty depressed. Maybe this is why I fell for it. I went to my free consultation, this I found out later was free because they would get money later. I explained to them I have been told I have a lot of bone loss so worry I am not able to get this done. The doctor came in after the 2d exam and explained to me he could do one with 4 implants. Although not the one I wanted as I want the nonremovable, these were affordable and could be done. They then come in and give you a sheet with the full plan.

Two to six dental implants that support a removable denture plate can cost $3,500-$30,000 or more depending on the number and type of implants (mini-implants are less expensive), denture materials (in some cases an existing denture plate can be adapted for use with implants) and any other procedures needed. A full set (upper and lower) of implants and dentures can cost $7,000-$90,000 or more.
This type of denture is made to be placed in the mouth immediately after you have all your natural teeth extracted. This allows you to leave the office without the embarrassment of having no teeth while the gums heal from the extraction. The denture is made to conform to your mouth at the moment impressions were taken. Your gums will change drastically over the next few months and it is possible that the dentures will rub against the gums causing some soreness until the denture is adjusted. There are some other kinds of full and partial dentures that differ from traditional permanent dentures including a type called immediate dentures. These dentures are created before the teeth that are being replaced with dentures have been removed and are used immediately after tooth extraction and during the healing process, which can be up to six months long. These dentures can be more easily refitted than permanent dentures to accommodate for mouth changes as the swelling in the gums and jaw subsides while healing. The immediate dentures will be disposed of once the healing process is complete and your mouth is ready for permanent dentures.
