She told my doctor "No dentist worth his weight would accept that fax". Then the dentist told me that he has never had a problem with a heart doctor giving him the note he needed and that they were just after money because they said I would have to have a cardiac evaluation. The next week I came in early in the morning to have my impressions made. This was fairly quick and I was only in the office for about an hour total.
