There is no phone number for the actual dentist office so I had to make an appointment thru a representative in N.C. I drive 45 miles to the office only to find out they were closed! I called customer service back to find out what's going on and they didn't even have record of me having an appointment! So I angrily drive another 45 miles back home! The general rule is: brush, soak and brush again. Always clean your denture over a bowl of water or a folded towel in case you drop it.
