First pulled teeth said one had to be surgically removed, but all those teeth were loose so didn't understand. I also am so afraid that my heart doctor may be upset because I was so desperate to have my tooth pulled that I put the dental assistant on my cellphone with my doctor's nurse and she talked really nasty to her.
