The general rule is: brush, soak and brush again. Always clean your denture over a bowl of water or a folded towel in case you drop it. My heart doctor said that I could not go off meds but could get tooth pulled. Once the actual extractions were over they stitched my mouth up and inserted my temporary denture. Now I consider myself a very tolerant person.
