The first visit was nice enough. The receptionists were polite even if they didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. The only bad experience I had was a very rude lady who dealt with the mountains of paperwork I was filling out. You could clearly tell that she hated her job. This went on & on and then they would NOT answer their phone when we called for the permanent set (we paid for) and they would not return messages. So 2 years have gone and I am left with the first set used until gum set and they are awful and this place is in Odessa, Texas. They are cheats and liars.

They took xrays and he came in and talked with me for about 20 minutes going over my dental situation. I asked him about getting dentures he said no you don't need them now. I told him about my upcoming appt this morning to re root canal my two teeth he said from what you are telling me this too th could have a fracture. I ask him to send over a letter to the endodontist about his concerns. I went to see Four Peaks Endodontics in Scottsdale. When the Dentist came in again he was dressed not like a dentist but in a pair of slacks no white coat. For what they charge is it that hard to throw on a lab coat? He walks in and says why are you here. I say because we have an appt. He says well I read the letter and if you doubt me I won't work on your teeth. I was in so much pain. I said I just wanted a second opinion he said why did you come to see me to begin with I said because I was getting a partial and my tooth was hurting he said you never said anything about a partial. This is what I have to say if a dentist is so aragant that he comes in looks at the xray tapps your tooth and said looking at the xray you need two root canals and give you five whole minutes would you want to go into the reason. I did not feel comfortable with this man. Then I told my regular dentist he said I have an infection they called his office who said we cannot give an antibiotic. So unless I made an appt He would not give me an antibiotic? All I can say is do not go to this ENDODONTIST OFFICE unless you have money to waste. This man was to much. I ended up getting the tooth pulled by my dentist and the root was fractured so his five minute appt telling me I needed to spend $3,000 to save them was not true. When I arrived for my appointment, they said I did not have an appointment and they had no fax from a doctor. They did tell me that they would fit me in but later they acted as though I was telling them a lie, or that I called a different office which according to my cellphone, I had the correct place. The dentist talked to me like I was dirt. I was just trying to tell him that I had this conversation with the lady at that office and then I heard the woman's voice and recognized it as the lady that I spoke with on the phone. I did point at her and say that it was her that I had talked to and she yelled at me not to point at her.

I hate my dentures!!! I paid over $2000 for the ultimate denture, at the wax try in everything was fine. I had no problem with the dentures and I was told the gum on the denture would be a little dark as the wax was a bright pink color. I picked my permanent denture up a week later and the gums on the denture are black! I don't know if they feel all black people have black gums however, my real gums are not dark to start with. I asked what the cost would be to get the gums on the denture lightened and I was told they would have to be re-made. I paid over $2000 and now it sounds like the only way to get the dentures done right I would have to purchase a new pair. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING! I cannot believe I recommended this place to people. I feel like I flushed $2000 down the toilet! I am currently wearing my immediate dentures (cheap economy dentures) I received after surgery and they look better than my permanent dentures (expensive ultimate dentures). My advise to everyone is to not sign anything until you know for certain what the end result is. They only focus on how short or long you want the teeth, no one says anything about how the gums attached to the teeth are going to look. Front office staff rude. 1st adjustment scheduled 4 weeks prior, day 8 after surgery, waited over hour and still not seen. Couldn't reschedule me until 8 days later. 2nd adjustment they couldn't see me for 11 days even though gagging. Every time I go long wait after appointment time. Hard to get appointments. The more the denture base (pink material) is in smooth and continuous contact with the edentulous ridge (the hill upon which the teeth used to reside, but now only residual alveolar bone with overlying mucosa), the better the stability. Of course, the higher and broader the ridge, the better the stability will be, but this is usually a result of patient anatomy, barring surgical intervention (bone grafts, etc.).

The dentist let the receptionist girl put the goo in the ID that's sets to a clear rubber to cushion between the ID & my newly extracted teeth. It had too much on one side, was crooked in my mouth & at the top on the other side had no cushion lining which caused a bad sore to form almost immediately. After 5 days I couldn't take it anymore. I drove there (55 miles) to get them to redo the lining. The first time it took her all of 5 minutes to do it. I walked in, they were all there... but was informed that they were ‘about' to leave & told I had to come back the next day! No compassion or good customer care for their patients. DO NOT GO HERE!
