They deserve ten stars. Took my elderly blind neighbor to Bright Now dental and waited over an hour and a half past our appt time. Was so angry we walked out and didn't know what to do so we found Dental Works in the same mall. We had no appt but they fit us right in. They were wonderful. Had to have 12 teeth pulled and now onto dentures. All the women that work there are very friendly and caring. Dr Chi was great and very gentle on a poor lady who was scared to death. Would highly recommend them and their price was the best too!!!!! More

The lower denture's teeth surface is even with the gum surface making the lower plate essentially flat. I mean there is no white tooth higher than the pink gum material. Not knowing the difference and trusting these so called "professionals," I have worn the partials for 8 years now and my bite is so off that my upper and lower front teeth butt against each other and has resulted in wearing them flat, taking the edge off them.

Apppointment was at 10 am got here at 9 am. Then we finally got back there at 12 pm, and then the people say come back at 3pm and we will bring you straight to the back. Then we got back around 2pm and then we are still waiting, and they just said it would be another hour. This is by far the worst dentist office I have ever been to... Very disappointing.

As far as back office goes, Carlos the assistant has the patience of a saint. Seriously. We had to do a full series of x-rays because my mom couldn't stand up for the pano. My mom had trouble holding still and repeatedly failed to follow instructions. Carlos never stopped smiling and encouraging her. He had a lot of positive energy and kept joking with her throughout, which I know went a long way to making her feel good about the office. He did the same during the other visits, but the x-rays I'm sure were the biggest challenge.

The first visit was nice enough. The receptionists were polite even if they didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. The only bad experience I had was a very rude lady who dealt with the mountains of paperwork I was filling out. You could clearly tell that she hated her job. With that being said you run into unpleasant people every day and unless you are incredibly thin skinned it shouldn't bother you. It was the least of my problems.

I told the technician this and she failed to tell me that I should wait until the tooth fragments worked their way out of my gums and as a result there is a big gap between the outside of my gum and the denture. Big enough to pack a lunch in when I eat. Then the technician actually moved the mold cup before the mold was set then pushed it back into place.

Walked in without an appointment Saturday at 650am for denture repairs. Only one other person before me. So they did see me. You get A star for that They did the repair but the denture had residue left on the teeth really messy I couldn't believe they gave it to me like that. I had to send it back for them to clean it up. My thought was is this suppose to be professionally repaired for almost $200 . To replace a tooth. I could believe they brought it to me like that. I had to send it back again after trying the denture on because it hurt . They corrected the problems eventually and for that I give 2 more stars...

HOUMA LOUISIANA, LOUISIANA -- I had six teeth left on my top in the front they started chipping. So when a new clinic opened in my town, Affordable Dentures, I was ecstatic thinking okay I can finally get things done since it was in such a convenient location. So I made a loan for 1500.00. And went in to get my teeth extracted an immediate dentures. I was happy every one was so nice. I paid cash and never felt uncomfortable about my dealings. My dentist he seemed nice. But when I left I was not given any follow up appt. He never explained anything to me. His assistant did more than him. I figured he was just busy.
If I had to find one negative about the office, it would be the wait times. On our first visit, one woman in the waiting room said she'd been waiting 30+ minutes. It took a day to get a call back to schedule. We waited a little while in the office too. However, when you consider that they're working with people like the person I brought in, and that it's totally impossible to predict the needs and behaviors of some of the patients who go in there, it's totally understandable. I have no doubt they took a little longer because they were treating someone else exactly as they treated us- with patience and understanding. That's worth waiting for. So, if you do go, be prepared for some short delays, but also know why those delays happen. Overall, they work like a well-oiled machine. We got to meet the whole team, including their on-site lab techs. Every single person met us with a smile and kind words. I cannot thank Dr. Athari enough for creating an environment like this.

CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA -- I had a great experience there, and I'd recommend them to anyone. I had 22 teeth extracted and immediate dentures placed all in the same day. The dentist there is a fireball and I really liked her. I liked all the staff really. In the morning they took the impressions and then sent me out to lunch with prescriptions to fill. A mild sedative, pain pills, and antibiotics. They told me to come back at 2 pm, take the sedative in the waiting room, and wait to be called. When I went back there, they had me take the first pain pill and then numbed me up and began the process. Wow.
This is my third time taking my grandpa to this establishment. Every time our “appointment” is never when we go back. We have to wait almost 3 hours to even get to the back. When I asked someone at the desk how long it would be they said “you are next to go back” that was almost an hour ago, and more than 7 people have went in before us. If you make an appointment you should not have to wait 3 hours for someone who has not made an appointment.
If you do not have much money and you need dental care or extractions and a full denture you can try calling Missions od Mercy and go to one of their free clinics...Many states are now doing the LARELL One Step Denture for the clinic patients...You can have teeth removed and after that get a free LARELL Denture if Missions of Mercy has the denture clinic... Just takes an hour and you leave with brand new great looking dentures. You can call and see if they offer the Larell clinic for dentures... I got mine in Sacramento Ca last year and they are really great.
The next week I came in early in the morning to have my impressions made. This was fairly quick and I was only in the office for about an hour total. The impression taking process was very unpleasant and I gagged the entire way through. I personally don't blame the dentist because I do have a very strong gag reflex. Other than that the whole process was very smooth. So far so good right?
This was one of the best and most helpful Dentists that I have been to in my life. I came in for a free x-ray and consultation appointment only with hopes of getting work done soon. Unfortunately I developed an abscess the day before my appointment. Well when I got there (Moyock, NC) they noticed I was in pain and decided I needed help ASAP so after the xray they offered to take care of the abscess and tooth! They worked very quickly and gave me a denture, all for a really awesome price. Highly recommended to anyone in need of any extraction or denture.

I STILL HAVE THE TEMPORARY DENTURES THAT WAS MADE IN 2014. NO ONE CALL AND SAY THE PERMANENT DENTURES WAS READY. WENT IN 2018 AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD MAKE THE PERMANENT ONES AND THEY NEVER FIT. I'm 41 and have needed dentures because of illness for a few years now. I researched and looked at reviews for many different places, but I am so glad I picked Dr. Redditt and his staff to guide me through this emotional journey and process. First off I have been petrified of dentists since I was a little girl, due to a horrible incident, so I of course let the office aware of that and they were very accommodating. Secondly I suffer from a severe & chronic anxiety disorder, so these guys really had their work cut out with me to say the least. Step by step from making my first appointment on the phone, & then for my consultation I was treated very kindly. They explained things very thoroughly to me, and addressed every worry & question I had & there was of course a lot of those coming from me, lol. Day of surgery & I have 25 teeth extracted & a lower bone grafting done, with only novocain and I can tell you that it was made so comfortable & relaxing for me. With my girls guiding me with support through the door & all the way to the room & then Dr. Redditt's calming demeanor, it was the least painful & pleasantly surprising process I have ever experienced. Nothing like the scary things I was thinking in my head. He would joke with me & my husband throughout, and he always told me what his next step was, which I totally appreciated. We were humming along to the music & although I had a couple of stubborn teeth, I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort whatsoever, not even after! No bruising, barely any swelling, I mean nothing horrible or intolerable at all so I know he is a wonderful dentist. He was just awesome! I am now in the second phase and I have gotten to be buddies with pretty much the entire staff there. Them girls & Dr. Redditt spoil me rotten & take care of every complaint I have had. I also have had 2 emergencies, first one I broke my bottom denture & they had me come in & had a new one ready for me the next day! Second time I was camping & coming home for 2 days only to go back on vacation, & was the victim of theft which somebody had stolen my bag & yup got my top denture... needless to say Dr. Redditt & my girls had me come in & that same day I went home with a brand new replacement. I can't say enough good things about this place & all of the wonderful people who work here. I will say that this whole process is a long journey, sometimes good & sometimes bad of course, and without this dedicated group of women & such a caring Doctor like him, I would be lost and probably very depressed. They have literally made me smile again, and I have beautiful teeth now! They will go above and beyond to help you & give you what you want, and I am extremely grateful to have found them.
