This Dr Baumgarden smelled like alchohol and was very rude to me as a patient and the way he talked to the assistants was uncalled for. Apppointment was at 10 am got here at 9 am. Then we finally got back there at 12 pm, and then the people say come back at 3pm and we will bring you straight to the back. Then we got back around 2pm and then we are still waiting, and they just said it would be another hour. This is by far the worst dentist office I have ever been to... Very disappointing.
I do not know where to begin. If you are looking for a quality Dentist with excellent staff then this is the place. Dr. Searby is great at what he does. He is very straight to the point and he talks you through the process. I appreciated the fact that he listened to me during the almost painless procedure. His staff is the best set of professionals that I have ever encountered in the dental field. I have and will continue to refer anyone that I know. I love this place.
I also am so afraid that my heart doctor may be upset because I was so desperate to have my tooth pulled that I put the dental assistant on my cellphone with my doctor's nurse and she talked really nasty to her. She told my doctor "No dentist worth his weight would accept that fax". Then the dentist told me that he has never had a problem with a heart doctor giving him the note he needed and that they were just after money because they said I would have to have a cardiac evaluation. I told him that I really liked my heart doctor.
